Inbound logistics: -
It is one of the most important activities of warehouse operation, we have well trained dedicated staff and workers to ensure safe storage of goods, we maintain high standard of housekeeping in our warehouse. The goods, promotional stock and equipment are stored as per layout, the storage layout is designed after complete analysis of SKU movement, enough movement space within the warehouse. The efficient storage enables us for maximum utilization of warehouse space and in turn enhances the capacity of warehouse which is instrumental in managing the buffer stock. |

Outbound logistics: -
We manage the entire outbound logistics of the client so that they can focus on their core business. We manage the transporter efficiently such that all the demands of trucks are fulfilled. The service level of transporter is monitored with OTIF (On Time In Full) measurement, which helps to enhance the service level of our transporter. We ensure that correct product mix is loaded in the truck to avoid underutilization of vehicles.

Service level Measurement-In Full On Time (IFOT): -
We manage the IFOT system such that our service level of supplies is measured in terms of line and quantity serviced against the ordered line and quantity. |

Pick & Packing Services: -
We are providing the safe packing imported (high value) products. This service covers the picking of goods, labeling and repacking so as to improve the packing strength so that it can be safely transported to all destination (including satellite depots). |

Load consolidation: -
The load of shipment is consolidated to ensure that full capacity of vehicle is utilized and no damage incurs in transit. |

Customer service Management: -
The expertise in dealing with industrial customers and dealer network provides us edge over our competitors. The efficient route is designed to deliver the goods in minimum time, delighting the end customer of our clients. We conduct routine audit and check ups of all our vehicles expediting day-to-day supplies. Also the routine feedback is taken from end customer to improve the service level.

Order Management: -
We maintain high standard of order management where in each stage of order i.e. order receipt - delivery of goods is monitored efficiently to service the order on time. A daily reporting system is put in place, which provides the actual status of each order and helps for better commitment to customers. |
